This policy explains how Menopause QBank collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit the site, create an account, purchase access, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, encrypted password credentials, account status, and password-reset records.
• Learning activity: answers, progress, exam attempts, and issue reports submitted through the application.
• Purchase information: transaction and entitlement identifiers received from Stripe. Menopause QBank does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information: basic request, device, security, and visitor analytics data used to operate and protect the service.
• Support information: messages and attachments you send to us, including documents submitted for a refund request.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and question-bank access; process and verify purchases and refunds; save learning progress; send password-reset and service messages; respond to support requests; secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help run Menopause QBank, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare for domain and email routing, and our outbound email provider. These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use an essential authentication cookie to keep you signed in. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated visitor measurements. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We retain account, purchase, and learning records while your account is active and afterward as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Password-reset links expire and are single-use. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may also ask questions or make a privacy complaint by emailing support@menopauseqbank.com.

International processing and changes

Our providers may process information outside your province or country, where it may be subject to local law. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
