Terms of Use

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Menopause QBank website and question bank. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Menopause QBank, you agree to them.

Educational purpose

Menopause QBank is an independent exam-preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Menopause Society. “MSCP” and “The Menopause Society Certified Practitioner” are used only to describe the credential for which users may be preparing.

The content is educational and does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for current primary sources and professional judgment. Except for the specific refund guarantee described in our Refund Policy, we do not guarantee an exam result.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. A purchase grants one individual a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the question bank. You may not share an account, copy or redistribute questions, scrape the service, sell access, reverse engineer the service, or use its content to build or train a competing product.

Payments

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-method handling are provided through Stripe. The promotional price is $149 through October 31, 2026; the regular price is $249 afterward. The price displayed by Stripe before you confirm payment is the amount you authorize.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, including the pass-or-refund guarantee. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Availability and content changes

We may correct errors, update questions and explanations, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. We may suspend access for fraud, account sharing, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. If we permanently discontinue paid access without providing a reasonable substitute, we will offer an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Intellectual property

Menopause QBank and its original content, design, software, and question materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Menopause QBank is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@menopauseqbank.com.
