Refund Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

Pass-or-refund guarantee

If you complete Menopause QBank and do not pass the MSCP examination, we will refund the Menopause QBank purchase price in full.

To qualify, you must:

1. purchase Menopause QBank directly through our website;
2. complete the full question bank in your Menopause QBank account before sitting the examination;
3. sit the official MSCP examination; and
4. email a legible copy of your official non-passing score report to support@menopauseqbank.com within 60 days of your examination date.

The account email and score-report identity must reasonably correspond to the purchaser. We may request additional information solely to verify eligibility and prevent fraud. Eligible refunds cover the amount paid for Menopause QBank; examination fees, travel, lost income, and other costs are not covered.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at support@menopauseqbank.com. We will investigate and refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Access may be removed after a full refund. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applies under law.
